At PTS Personalised, we take pride in our fast order processing. If you place your order before 3pm, we strive to create your personalised products on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are typically produced the next day. Occasionally, depending on the size of your order or a high volume of orders, an additional working day may be required for production and shipping.
