Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy, then add it to your basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and then fill in the details that we need to be able to proceed with your order. All fields marked with a * are compulsory, as this information is required to complete your order. We do not agree to sell to customers under the age of 16.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, GooglePay, Shoppay and ApplePay.

Shipping and Handling

We offer FREE express delivery on all orders to England, Wales, Scotland,Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey with a spend of over £25.

You can get a quote for postage via other shipping methods from our website by adding your products to the basket and choosing your delivery country. Postage charges and other shipping methods will be shown on the basket screen.

Orders placed via the telephone and email will be subject to an additional £3.96 charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders under £25.00 which are received by telephone or email.

V.A.T

For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is included. Orders from the Channel Islands are exempt from VAT and this is deducted from your order. Our VAT Number is 686 045415.

PTS Personalised makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy and validity of the information provided on our website. However, as policies, prices, dates, conditions, and information are continually changing, PTS Personalised reserve the right to change these at any time without notice. This includes all information contained on our website and PTS Personalised makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy.

Returns Policy

At PTS Personalised we want all of our customers to be totally satisfied with their orders. Should you be unhappy in any way with your order please contact us on 01772 33 11 10 or email info@ptspersonalised.co.uk where we will try to resolve any issues.

Cancellation of Orders

As our products are personalised and made to order, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Depending on the production stage of your order, we may be able to offer a refund. If your order has already entered production, cancellations and refunds will not be possible. We recommend getting in touch with us as soon as possible to check whether your order is eligible for a refund.

FREE Items

Please note FREE items are at the discretion of PTS Personalised and if we feel this has been 'abused' we reserve the right to not send out FREE items.

Personalised Products

We reserve the right not to print personalised products which contain images or wording that we deem could be offensive. 

Emojis - Unfortunately we are unable to print emojis and similar symbols on some personalised products when they are entered as part of the text.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on the PTS Personalised website (including photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors and any use of extracts from the website for any purpose is prohibited. Where you breach any part of the terms, your permission to use the website shall automatically end and you must immediately destroy any extracts you have downloaded from the Website. 

With 'Photo Upload' the original photographer of the image you upload will remain the copyright holder. It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain the permission of the copyright owner to use any image you use but do not own. We will not be held responsible if any image you upload infringes any third-party rights. If we incur any costs (such as legal costs) or become liable to make any payment to a third party (such as damages) because an image you upload infringes someone else's rights you agree that you will refund us those costs and payments.

By agreeing to our T&Cs you are confirming that you are over the age of 16 and therefore able to consent to the receipt of correspondence from PTS Personalised. To change your correspondence settings please go to the 'My Account' section of the website.

UK and European Orders for personalised products

PTS Personalised aim to despatch personalised product orders within 1 working day.

Please be aware: International orders that weigh over 2KG may incur customs charges by your local customs office (who will hold your parcel until you have paid any charge).
