UK Delivery Options

Customers in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey qualify for free express delivery on orders of £25 or more.

Express Delivery - Orders using the Express Delivery option will be dispatched via Royal Mail. The service we use is trackable, and you should receive an email with details on how to track your order.

International Delivery Options

Customers in the EU will be given the EU delivery option, which is priced based on the weight of their order.

EU Delivery - Orders using the EU Delivery option will be dispatched via FedEx. The service we use is trackable, and you should receive an email with details on how to track your order.

Please be aware that orders weighing over 2KG can incur customs charges by your local customs office (who will hold your parcel until this charge has been paid).

Returns Details

At PTS Personalised, we take great care to ensure our products meet the highest standards. However, as our items are personalised to your specifications, we can only accept returns under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect Printing or Personalisation Errors

If we have made a mistake and your product does not match the details provided in your order, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

2. Damage in Transit

If your product arrives damaged due to transit, we will provide a replacement or a refund upon receipt of evidence of the damage (e.g., photographs of the item and packaging).

3. Customer Responsibility

We do not accept returns or offer refunds if the issue is due to customer error, such as:

  • Incorrect details provided during the order process (e.g., spelling errors or incorrect image placement).
  • Change of mind after the product has been created.

How to Request a Return

If you believe you qualify for a return under the above conditions, please contact our customer service team at info@ptspersonalised.co.uk within 31 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the product (and packaging, if applicable).
